We are back to both Dine-In (come in and sit down) and Carry-Out (come in and order to go) dinners this year!

Dinner choices include baked Haddock, fried Perch, Pierogis, fried Shrimp, Mac & Cheese, and a Perch/Shrimp combo.  No substitutions.  All dinners come with coleslaw, French fries, ketchup and tartar sauce.   Please see the full menu below.

Click on the menu icon on the right to preview our 2023 menu.  Orders cannot be placed online.  Come on in, and a volunteer will fill out an order form for you.  Pay for your order at the cashier table, and then a host will seat your party (for Dine-In), or you can pick up your order to go (for Carry-Out).

 Need 6 x Help Thaw Fish (6:00pm - 9:00pm) [Adult Only]
  ON WEDNESDAY NIGHT PRIOR TO FRIDAY FISH FRY!
- Fish is thawed for the week using cold water baths.  Breading for the fish is prepared.
Need 5 x Food Prep (6:00 - 9:00pm) [Adult Only] 
  ON THURSDAY NIGHT PRIOR TO FRIDAY FISH FRY!
 - Shrimp is butterflied.  Condiments (ketchup, french fry seasoning, tarter sauce, cocktail sauce, tarter sauce, sour cream) are prepared for service.  Lemons are cut.
Need 14 x Kitchen Prep (noon-4pm) [Adult Only] 
 - Pierogis and onions are fried.  Cole Slaw is prepared.  Shrimp is brined.  Fish and Shrimp is breaded and set for frying.  Mac and Cheese into oven. Any prep left from Thursday prep done.  Fryers are lit.  Kitchen set up for service.  Rose paper onto floor.

Use deep fryer to prepare fish, shrimp and french fries.  Experience a definite plus!
Need 12 x Line Prep (4:30 – 7:30pm) [Adult Only]

Prepare meals  along an assembly type line.  Responsible for one item in assembling dinner. 
Need 4 x Order Processor (4:30 – 7:30pm) [Adult Only]

Taking orders and starting process of assembly and final order assembly.
Need 4 x Kitchen Clean Up (during FF) (4:30 – 7:30pm) [8th Grade+ or Adult]

Clean up dishes/pots and pans as they are used in dinner preparation and dinner service.
Need 6 x Kitchen Clean Up (after FF) (7:30 – 9:00pm) [8th Grade+ or Adult]
 - Wash (dishwasher) and dry pans, utensils, etc. help clean kitchen
Need 10 x PAC Setup (3:00 – 4:30pm) [Adult Only]
 - Set up tables & chairs; set tables with Table Numbers, cutlery, condiments and napkins
Need 4 x Order Taker (4:30 – 7:30pm) [8th Grade+ or Adult]
 - Take dinner orders by filling out appropriate order form (Dine-In or Carry-Out).
Need 4 x Cashier (4:30 – 7:30pm) [Adult Only]
 - Tally up total cost of dinner, receive payment and make change.
Need 4 x Host (4:30 – 7:30pm) [Adult Only]
 - Escort guest party to their table; let Table Servers know new guests have arrived; let Bussing volunteers know when guests leave.
Need 15 x Table Server (4:30 – 7:30pm) [9th Grade+ or Adult]
 - Greet guests and take their orders to the kitchen; deliver filled orders to guests at their table.
Need 4 x Beverage Station (4:30 – 7:30pm) [8th Grade+ or Adult]
 - Refill drink containers, keep station supplied with empty cups & napkins, clean up any spills.
Need 4 x Dessert Table (4:30 – 7:30pm) [
Young Children Must Be Accompanied By Adult]
 - Cut and plate desserts; keep dessert table and Carry-Out counter stocked with desserts.
Need 2 x Carry Out Counter (4:30 – 7:30pm) [Adult Only

 - Oversee guest order ful-fillment at the Carry-Out counter; direct Runners taking orders to the kitchen; verify orders are correctly filled.
Need 4 x Carry Out Runner (4:30 – 7:30pm) [6th Grade+]
 - Take new orders to the kitchen to be filled; take filled orders back to Carry-Out Counter.
Need 10 x Bussing Tables (5:00 – 7:30pm) [
Young Children Must Be Accompanied By Adult]
 - Clean up table areas after guests have finished eating; remove any trash, wipe down table area with disinfectant.
Need 10 x PAC Cleanup (7:30 – 8:30pm) [

 - Remove Table Numbers and condiments from tables, take down tables and chairs and place them in storage, clean up the protective mats (put down to protect the gym floor).

The following helpers are needed after the last Fish Fry on Saturday, April 1st:
Need 3 x Final Kitchen Cleanup (9:00am – Noon) [8th Grade+ or Adult]
 - Please wear old clothes and come to PAC Kitchen & help with a thorough kitchen cleanup!  
Fryers are drained, cleaned and prepared for storage or later use.  Entire kitchen is cleaned, refridgerators, shelves and floor.
