What is Alpha?

Alpha is a series of sessions exploring the Christian faith.  Each session consists of a meal, a movie, and meaningful conversation. They explore the big issues around faith and unpack the basics of Christianity.  At Alpha, you can ask anything - it's a safe space to question life, faith, and meaning.


Do you know someone who does not have God in their life, or someone who has fallen away from the Church?  Invite them to Alpha!  Do you want to rekindle the fire of the Spirit in your own life?  Come to Alpha!  Everyone is welcome.

Alpha, Appetizers, @ AJ's Urban Grill beginning September 11th.


Are you skeptical, curious, on the fence, or not sure about the Christian faith?  Do you know someone who is?  Then join us for an evening of food, fellowship, and exploration of faith in an open and welcoming way.


Beginning Thursdays, September 11th,  from 6:30-8:30pm the private room at AJ's Urban Grill is reserved for Alpha (there will be 11 sessions, running through November 20).  Appetizers and ice tea will be provided free of charge.  This is a perfect way for you to get your questions answered or for you to accompany a friend who is interested in the faith.  You do not need to be Catholic, Christian, or spiritual to attend, only interested and open.  No commitment to attend all sessions - come and go as you like.  Please register in advance of each session as space is limited to 20 people per night.  Questions?  Contact Tom in parish office (440-360-7752, tpussel@saintraphaelparish.com).
