The Art & Environment Ministry’s main focus is to enhance the liturgical experience of the parish community and to facilitate fellowship through seasonal decorating of the church and parish campus. In addition to decorating the church and maintaining the seasonal corner, this ministry decorates the Gathering area, Zwilling Room, Good Shepherd Square and the Community Room.  The Art & Environment Ministry cares for the indoor and various outdoor planters and orders and cares for the flowers on the altar.

Throughout the liturgical year, the Art & Environment Ministry enlists the help of the Martha Ministry and individual parishioners to assist in decorating the church and parish campus.  Some examples of times that the Arts & Environment Ministry is involved in planning and coordinating decorating are Advent, Christmas, Lent, Palm Sunday, Holy Week, Easter, Pentecost, First Communion, Confirmation and Corpus Christi.  In addition, the Art & Environment Ministry is involved in various small projects as needed.
